All orders will ship FREE!

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they are processed, so if you need to change your order please contact us immediately via email info@honeyandpeachboutique.com immediately.

Standard shipping will take 5-7 business days for your order to be delivered. Please be aware that COVID-19 shipping delays may occur. Priority mail is available for an additional fee (delivery times will vary)

Please remember to double check the shipping address. If you need to make a change, contact us via email info@honeyandpeachboutique.com before the order has been processed. If the address provided is incorrect or unable to be delivered, the customer is responsible for any additional postage costs. 

Honey and Peach Boutique is not responsible for packages lost in transit. If your package is lost in transit, you will need to file a claim with the carrier.

If you are not satisfied with your order, Honey and Peach will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged or defective merchandise in exchange of store credit. Please note: return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

CONDITIONS:

+ All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the item.

+ Any item marked as FINAL SALE in the item description cannot be returned. Including - but not limited to - sale items, intimates, gift cards, and accessories.

+ The customer will not receive store credit if the item is not in its original condition. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If these requirements are not met, a shipping fee will be charged to the customer’s account in order to ship the item back to the customer.

TO REQUEST A RETURN:

+ Please make sure the item meets our return criteria before requesting a return!

+ Contact us at info@honeyandpeachboutique.com to request a return. Please include the order number (which is included in the order confirmation email and printed invoice) as well as the reason for return.

+ A member of our team will respond within 24 hours with further instructions and a shipping label will be sent to the email on file.

NOTES:

+ Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted. 

+ Honey and Peach has the right to refuse any refund if we believe that there is any sign of wear, alterations, odors, or damage to the fabric, and if it is outside the 14 day time frame.

+ Once we have received and accepted your package, store creedit will be processed within 7-10 business days. The customer will be notified via email at the email address listed on the account when the original order was placed.

+ Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect the information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
